We were delighted to see one our Alumni Paul O'Shea and his company Peckish feature in an article with the Irish Examiner this week. 

A simple tweet from Paul saying "It's going to be a big week" peaked the interest of a writer with the news papers, this really shows the power of networking and social media. 

Peckish are currently raising captial via Spark Crowdfunding and as they near the final days of their journey they have over 67% of their target raised already. 

Peckish are eying an expansion of their platform into Dublin in the coming months, so it is full steam ahead.
