‘How to ask great questions and listen with full attention’

It’s rare to be taught how to ask great questions, and also rare to be taught how to listen with full attention. Yet these basic communications skills play a large part in the quality of the conversations we have with colleagues, stakeholders and customers; and those conversations, in turn, contribute to the quality of the relationship we enjoy with them. This lunch ‘n learn provides simple ‘rules’ for both questioning and listening, with the opportunity to practice; it’s like putting back on ‘L’ plates and learning to drive again, changing the habits of a lifetime in the way we conduct real conversations.
