Tenego Academy provides online training and support programs to tech companies building their international partner programs, with experience working on 100s of companies’ partner programs.
With a software engineering background, Donagh worked to create Tenego's process-driven approach to help companies to find success in sales channels. With Tenego's methodologies continually developing over the years, in 2019, Donagh launched Tenego Academy to provide online training for companies starting and growing in sales channels.

As a software developer from early teens, Donagh started his first business in 1994, providing services to companies like Motorola, Apple, Agfa and more. Being a rising star in Ireland's technology boom, the company featured in Deloitte Technology FAST 50 for three consecutive years in 2000, 2001 and 2002.
With over 30 years' experience in Industry, Donagh continues to contribute to business and industry growth as a founder and board member in a business incubation centre, industry organisations and college alumni. Donagh continues to host TechBrew events for Technology Ireland and IT@Cork.
Donagh is married with three sons, living in Cork, Ireland and is a Liverpool FC Fan, a Soccer Coach and a big cycling enthusiast.
