People are the most valuable resource in every organisation and therefore the role of the Manager is vital. In the changed environment of today Managers need to inspire and motivate their teams, deal with change and handle difficult situations. This one hour workshop will focus on providing the necessary skills required to be an excellent Manager of external teams in the ‘new normal’

Facilitator:

Aine is a Facilitator/Coach with over twenty years’ experience delivering bespoke leadership programmes to the  Pharma, Med Tech, Engineering, Financial Service, Agri/Dairy and Retail industries.  She is quick to develop rapport with participants and has an innate ability to identify required individual learning styles. With a practical approach she is concerned with the psychological safety and well-being of the participants, but ready to challenge in a ‘safe’ environment to facilitate learning.
