The author Carol Dweck wrote a seminal book ‘Mindset’ in which she explores the contrasts in work and life between a fixed and a growth mindset.
In sharing the essence of Dweck’s work Frank will explain the contrasting choices we make when facing into major challenges, our need for self-awareness in these situations, and how we can manage ourselves more effectively for the best possible outcomes - even when things might seem beyond our control.
Hello, I’m Frank.
I work with pharmaceutical and consumer goods executives to help them build higher performing teams, show up as a better leader, and create space to work through their challenges so they can release more time.
Most leaders have too many responsibilities inside their business. This results in short term thinking and a harmful habit of reacting to events rather than responding.
