Rob Laffan inventor of TippyTalk, a current participant on the New Frontiers Programme in the Hartnett Enterprise Acceleration Centre and a past student of LIT’s Industrial Automation and Robotics Systems makes the RTÉ news. Inspired by his daughter Sadie, Rob has developed a touch screen device that allows children to communicate by transferring pictures to a text message.
